This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work for Gioca Soccer Academy programs. This is a draft template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.

Free Sessions and Tryouts

Trial sessions and tryouts are offered free of charge, so no payment or refund applies to them.

Program Fees

Fees for ongoing programs and camps are due as described at registration. If you need to withdraw, contact us as early as possible so we can discuss your options.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email zane.taha@giocasocceracademy.com with your player's name and program. Eligibility and any applicable pro-rated amounts will be confirmed in writing.
